Vancouver Island Garden Recipes written by foundation co-founder Jackie Barker. This 134 page colourful and funky cookbook contains easy recipes based on locally grown produce and would make a great gift for the gardener on your list. Please note that the book is 7 inches (17 cm) square, a small book, but small is good when you are cooking and don’t wish to have a large open cookbook taking up counter space. All profits from the sale of the book will be donated to the foundation.
The book is now available with three options for purchase. It is immediately downloadable in PDF format for use on computers, tablets, smart phones and ereaders such as the Kindle 2 for $7.99 Canadian plus tax.
